Delete your account
Choose how to delete your account and the personal data stored with it.
Delete in the app
Open The Reminder, sign in, then go toSettings → Account → Delete Account. Type DELETE and confirm. Deletion never happens just by opening a link.

Enter the email associated with your account. A secure email sign-in link verifies that you control that address. Open it and return to this page to confirm deletion. We never delete an account based only on the email entered here.
If you cannot access that email either, contactibegbulemchuk01@gmail.com. Ownership must still be verified; contacting us does not authorize deletion or promise a processing deadline.
What is deleted, and when?
- Your authentication account, email/profile records held in that account and ability to sign in.
- All synced reminders, including soft-deleted reminders, notes, dates, saved reminder locations, medication details and history.
- All photos in your account’s private photo folder, including detached photos.
- This browser’s synced reminder copy and your account’s saved conversation transcript, after successful deletion.
Deletion starts immediately after your final confirmation. Each attempt is limited to 90 seconds of cleanup; larger accounts or service failures may require a retry. There is no scheduled waiting period and no guaranteed overall completion deadline. Only a successful completed deletion shows “Account deletion completed”. If an attempt fails, cleanup may be partial and writes stay blocked until you retry.
Retained data
The app keeps no separate permanent deletion-request log. During incomplete deletion, it keeps your account ID and a short processing lock solely to prevent new data and allow retries; these are removed with successful account deletion. Unremoved account data remains until cleanup succeeds.
Lovable Cloud’s documented daily database backups can contain earlier records for up to roughly 14 days for recovery. Storage photos are not included in those database backups. The app does not selectively erase backup snapshots.
Hosting, authentication and AI providers may retain operational, security or previously processed request records under their own policies. Their exact retention periods for this app have not been verified; account deletion does not erase provider records or copies you exported. Contact the address above for clarification rather than assuming those copies are immediately removed.
Clear device-only data separately
Guest reminders, guest conversation history, saved spots, personal voice settings and appearance preferences are stored in each browser, not tied to cloud account deletion. Clear The Reminder’s site data in your browser or device settings on every device you used. This also clears offline account copies; deleting an account cannot remotely wipe an offline device or downloaded export.
